A masterful full-bodied, small-batch wine from Rayfoun. The second vintage for Belier de Ray is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
Intense ruby with purple reflections, a delicate woody aroma, with notes of sweet spices and tobacco leaves. A few minutes of airing gives way notes of red fruits and liquorice.
Harmonious and balanced, the palate is smooth and fresh with hints of cinnamon and caramel. The tannins are silky and fine, offering a round mouthful.
